I went into this school with an open mind..because if i didn't then i have no idea what i would have thought. For me seeing all these dead animals i was shocked. After i thought about it, i realized that it makes sense that this is a forestry AND culinary school. The forestry kids kill the animals, while the culinary kids can show them how to cook it...
It all made sense now.
At one point while i was here, one of my friends asked me if i knew how to cook deer.. i said no but i did tell them i knew how to make deer jerky because we had cooked that in a previous class. They were ecstatic.
I will post a recipe up on just how i did it.
